Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The SailStore within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging in brand new condition. We stand behind all of our products. Our pre-sized sails include a 3-Year Warranty on defects in materials or workmanship. Please contact us at 888-946-8242 to discuss the resolution of warranty issues. |
